REGENERATION

Regeneration is a soundscape developed specifically for helping you become more embodied and powered-up with life force energy.  Once we have relaxed and let go of difficult emotions, we have more space available within our physical vessels to build a life in alignment with our deeper needs.  Part of the human experience that is often missing from modern life is actually fully inhabiting our own physical bodies! 

The frequencies and guidance in this soundscape will take you into a very deep relaxation, perhaps even meditation.  However, the focus is not to go somewhere else.  Rather, the focus is to go deeply inwards and feel the physical body on a cellular level.  The music conveys a sense of epic empowerment and cultivates a mood where anything we can dream of is possible!

Getting deeply into the body completes the circuit and allows us to truly access all of the layers of the human being in complete harmony – the physical, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual layers and beyond.

Regeneration also targets frequencies that allows the brain to rebuild damaged DNA and cells in the body that may have been degraded over time due to mental, emotional, and environmental stresses as well as personal traumas and bad habits.

 

How to Use:

1. Prepare the space by creating a comfortable place to sit or lie down.  You may want to keep a journal close at hand to write down any fresh insights or inspiration that you receive during your session.

 

2. You may want to light the space with candles and/or have an essential oil diffuser as part of this session.  Using these will greatly enhance the mood and depth of the soundscape experience.  If you choose to use an essential oil diffuser, we recommend pairing the soundscape with the following essential oils: peppermint, lemon, orange, and/or rosemary.

 

3. Before you begin the soundscape, we advise sipping on a glass of water and dimming any external lights.  Begin to quiet down and remove any distractions from the environment such as televisions, phone notifications and social media.

 

4. Take a few minutes to set an intention for the soundscape experience.  Try to imagine an area of your life that you want to bring life force energy and vitality to.

 

5. Have the soundscape loaded onto your device (either your phone or a laptop) and place the headphones over your ears.  If you are using external speakers, set them at an appropriate volume.  Get as comfortable as you can, and press play when you are ready to begin.  You may want to use an eye mask to block out any external light.

 

6. There are guided instructions contained within the soundscape that will help you direct your attention for the most effective experience.  Avoid falling asleep during the soundscape.  Closing your eyes and focusing them on the middle of your forehead is a good way to help you stay awake during the experience.  When the isochronic tone begins, just focus your attention gently on the tone (which sounds like a rapid, repetitive click/pulse) as you continue to follow the guidance and breathe deeply.

LETTING GO

Letting Go is a soundscape developed specifically for helping you let go of heavy emotions and mental burdens.  Many people find they get weighed down by past issues and when they are carried through life, they keep us held down, tired, and constantly clouding our present moment experience through the lens of the past.  One of the most powerful practices is to be fully present in the moment – but how can we do this when we find ourselves constantly battling old skeletons in the closet?


The answer is, we must make time to review the baggage that we carry and consciously let it go so that we can be free of these burdens.  That is exactly why this soundscape was developed – to help you let go of old, unwanted emotional burdens to leave you feeling clear, lighter, and more engaged in daily life.  It is a more thorough and deeper soundscape than relaxation and should be used when you feel like there is something in your life that needs to be addressed.


The music in this one is a more dramatic flavour and the frequencies used allow us to go deeper within our beings to find those areas that need to be witnessed so that we may bring the light of consciousness to these previously neglected parts.

How to use: The Letting Go soundscape contains isochronic tones, which means that headphones are NOT required for use, although they still work great if you prefer to use them.  You may choose to play this soundscape on a high-quality Bluetooth or stereo speaker if you wish.  To increase the sensory experience of the soundscape, we also include essential oil pairings that can be used with the soundscape experience.  Here are our suggested steps for using this soundscape:
